"Toxicology ABC's " |
|
| |
|
Dr. Hampton |
|
| |
|
This session gives the EMS provider an opportunity to
identify patients in exposure/poisonings that would benefit from a
modified approach in the management of the ABCs. Particular
emphasis is made on protecting first responders from becoming
patients themselves. This mini presentation is predominantly
case-based, allowing attendees to “play along” and determine what to
do when presented with a variety of inhalations and exposures. |

you to pre plan large scale incidents, eliminating the need to find
help when you are already overburdened. Join Chiefs Hedrington and
Haas in an interactive discussion on how to apply these principles
to EMS. |
